Hello, Where are the results of the February 2008 battle my dear friends?

What is this?

Can only experienced/known people here win battles or what?

No hard feelings.

I just generally want to know the results!

I dont think anybody knows to be honest with you !

The whole battle thing I believe is 'out of order' anyway!
As for being "experienced/known people" , if you are 'little known' but an experienced musician and enter a good song in the battle, theres a good chance you would get high votes, on the other hand if you are 'well know' on the site and you enter a completely shit song into a battle the likelihood of you getting high votes is as great , so figure it out your self !!! 

There are always probs with the site, we just don't have anybody full time to mainatain it.

I'm sure in time you will see the results, frustrating for all.

I mean, there were a lot of people maintaining this site denis boss.

Well, you know, I've been thoroughly frustated.

I entered such a killer song of mine (Stand Alone) in the feb battle hoping to win, it got the highest number of votes as well, and it just annoys me, that the results aint out yet. Therefore, I'm pre-meditating I won it. haha.

And if the results arent out, I'm sure there are no prizes as well?

I'm pretty sure that prizes were cut a while back, due to ungrateful winners who whined about having to pay their shipping on their prize, and also that... well... mud isn't with us anymore :P  The battles are a dying breed of competition, I'm afraid.  I ranted about the very same thing a while ago (see this post in the Ideas & Feedback forum)

Point is, you may not have gathered enough votes to "qualify," so to speak, as a contender for winning.  If I recall correctly from out discussions in the past, I think there's a 15-vote minumum before you can actually place.

I can send you a post-card if it would make you feel any better !!
