So I added a description to a photo in my album, but when the window opens up showing my photo and description, half of my description doesn't show.  What is the character limit for a description?... because it seems to be set by how big the photo is, since the photo must be determining the width of the photo/description window.  Is there a way to scroll down to read someone's description (the whole thing)?
