Yes, that is not the way to post to the Audio Review. Sometimes some people do it though, I don't really know why there is a "Add Thread" input form at the bottom of the Audio Review. And I hope I'm not giving anyone any ideas by telling that there is one there 
I deleted your thread for you. Except for in the Audio Review all your own threads and posts can be deleted by yourself by pressing the "Delete" button in the post's header. In the Audio Review you have to delete your threads from your music page via the "Delete MP3" option. In the case of no-song attached it's not possible to delete like that since there is no MP3, and the thread doesn't show up on your music page. It's still being treated as a song thread; you can't vote to it, but you can't delete it via the post's header either. Thank god for moderators: they can delete threads via a special moderator tool. Which I just used...
