Do you know what this small icon did?
...obviously nothing. Since last server start Jul 29 2007 we had no stats.
Since today it shows the statistics of each song.
Generally the stats of plays and downloads. You can specify the time frame and let it show a nice line chart.
The statistics for 'Plays' include all data up to Jan 2010 until next maintenance time frame
Downloads stats are available including Feb 10 2010.
For further statistics and some maintenance purposes it is needed to declare a weekly or monthly server downtime until someone is encouraged to rewrite the code of BandAmp.
The downtime should not last for long, just 10min or so and it should be automated.
No one cared for years... but it has to be done.
With doing these maintenance(s) the battle system can get activated again

has anyone an idea to write a BandAMP owned media player?
Should:
- open in a separate window
- play both songs and videos
- be customizable

Flash! But I have no time ... not for a while anyway.
open in new window?....a pop-up....no problem
sound and vision? ... should not be that difficult...could be a 'different' player with the same skin....one window for songs OR one window for videos.....maybe?
be customizable? ...... different skins? different color/font schemes? choice of css sheets? what ever the type of customization you mean will have to be kept in a database.

O yea! "we can place sth on here..." ..... ? I personally wouldn't know what.....google adds are so common though!
And in some way they always say "We dont really want you here, we want you to earn us money by clicking on these links"
The middle bit of that top white bar has the 'Whose chatting now' text does it not?
And have you been putting spaces in the members home page menu ? It just looks longer ! LOL
And you've been "locking" threads too, very cool.
Is there a 'sticky thread' function in there that needs turning on again?
