Also, in regards to the chat, I think it would be nice to have private rooms as well.

I'm planning on adding a feature which shows who is online, and when you log off fairly soon. Private rooms would be more difficult... As far as the actual time in GMT / UTC, that really depends where you are located. Right now the time is indicating the server time.

hey Mud! thanks for the reply. I should also noted the time posted on the chat room has been off by about four-five minutes. Any possibility of correcting this?

You have to realize everyone in the world in on a seperate timezone, so it would be really hard to figure out what timezone you are in, and show that time to you. The time listed on all the BandAMP pages is the BandAMP server time. Meaning, it's the time in the timezone where the BandAMP servers are located.

it's no real big deal...maybe I'm naive about this....but would separate time zones also impact on MINUTES? The way it is now, it's hard to figure out when somebody logged in to the chatroom. I realize that TK asked about time zones being reflected in UTC/GMC but I'm not asking that....I'm asking about the minutes (which I believe are consistent regardless of the time zones). And the current Bandamp Server time is now 18 minutes slow. If this is not correctable, fine, but I wondered if that could be corrected (as 18 minutes is a substantial error).
Sorry, you do not have access to post...
