I tried to upload a song wich was smaller than 1Mb, but I couldn't.  Is there any way to make the file heavier (it's 950 Kb) or to just upload the song?

add silence to the end... it will beef it up...
  that is what I did for one song... it was just a tad too short....

or you can always increase the bitrate... if it's not already at 320kbps
