Because of a recent discussion about copyrights, I have re-read the terms that come with BandAMP having song material on here, and I must conclude that there is a slight software problem.

The artists are licensors to their work for BandAMP to publicly and freely display and distribute the song material, until the licensor withdraws the grant. This is for the licensor a one-way decision to be made at any, to the licensor convenient, time.

So this means that whether a song is in a battle or has completed one, it should be possible for the licensor to delete the song. However, this is currently not the case.

So, there is a technical problem, which I hereby officially as such report
