my wife wanted to create a new account today. but when she tried to login the combination of user and pass failed.
any idea?

It is EXTREMELY case sensitive. So make sure that all the Uppercase letters and lowercase letters match.

    Otherwise, I dunno... The password is mailed to you, and should work, although I know it took about an hour one time for a new account to be able to log in.

I think I read chuck say something about Servers been changed and that the Email response was been worked on or will be worked on soon!
