When you have a new message in your mailbox, it doesn't say you have a new message on your My Home page. It used to say this before the crash (B.C.) in the gray box next to the default picture.

Hmm... weird, I still get that little box that says how many new PMs are in my inbox... I'll take a look around and see why it might not be working for you though. BTW, if you go to your mailbox, then back to http://my.bandamp.com/ does it show you have new messages?
