Dude.................... a little more specifics are needed for us enlightened Ampers to lend our aid. Tell us exactly what you want, and theres a very good chance someone knows. But saying something like "Teach me to write songs" will get you nowhere.

you should know all your major/minor scales at least then other scales like harmonic
minor hungarion ect. these are the building blocks for chords (intervals).
learn them in all positions.    For just jamming out  blues pentatonic are great.

i dont like using the majorscale and the minors ok but i wanted some really good ones

Get  scale book like I've got. Tells you pretty much all the scales in the world, ever. And it tells you what sort of sounds they create. Ie, Flamenco or Metal. It's preety good. I'll dig the name out for ya,
