As to the story I half expected him to escape and still be in the loony bin!!! 

I've actually experienced this walking through the beautiful gardens of an 'open' mental hospital, as we kept on walking we ended up in the "village" but were seriously questioning weather we were still in the hospital 'village' or in the actual 'local village'! I jest not! Everyone looked dubious!!! 

The Chorus is excellent, quick, witty, flowing with a mad thumping rhythm going on!
