Very nice start, I really like the "even if the moon shows no light"
This is going places, nice imagery, deep, dramatic.

Mmm Like the first too verses, so yes its a good beginning.
I find the third odd, it gets longer and goes out of place. the 4ths good again.
But I do like the direction and the idea.
