But isn't the correct spelling "Schizophrenia"?

Although it's not so much fun to suffer from that condition, believe you me, you probably do reasonably accurately describe some state of psychosis in these lyrics.

If you haven't guessed I suffer from this condition. It was a little gift my mom gave me. I have had this
unfortunately since I was in my twenties. I lost my job at the post office and everyday I take pills. My
music is a way for me to feel normal again. Yeah, I edited this page so it has the correct spelling now.
Thanks "Puppet" for pointing it out. I have the condition but I can't spell it.
