I like that kind of rebellious spark in a song.

You know personally if I would have though of "phone calls and pick up lines" I would based the whole piece around that idea. I like it a lot!
I don't see the reason in turning 'beck and call' around though. It sounds turned around for no reason!! 

beck rhymes with neck, which was a few lines up.

yeah i had a head ach and couldent think of a ryhme so i turned it but as you say i will swap those just for you hopefully i get my act together and record this one. i ve got a couple of short instermentles ive been wanting to upload but am to lazy to do

But don't go changing things round willy-nilly you'll loose the rhyming pattern.
I didn't see the 'neck' 'beck' rhyme because it comes with the first lines of each set.
One advantage you have is that each line is a separate statement.
Maybe your not lazy PD, maybe you just need to be inspired?
