I was listening to a bass loop the other day, I let my self go a bit and came up with a flow to something .... puzzled through some words and came up with this.
I would like to know what those interested in words think of it.....

Nice work although quite melancholy, especially as most people could probably relate to the content, I'm guessing the bass loop had a few minor notes in it! I like the little twists such as 'when the curtains fall' and 'not what my door is for' they help carry this piece and keep it from being too heavy.

It's meant to be light hearted but deep.

The 'not what my door is for' bit was the first part I wrote but made more sense where it is as the story unfolded.

Yea, twists, that's what it's all about isn't it ? The ironies ..... life's full of them ..... if you need to know, that is.
