I wrote this sort of as a twisted fairytale type thing... Anyway, I'd love some feedback!


Poor little damsel
Locked inside her tower
Alone she sings a twisted song
Spinning around in circles

Silly little boy
Doesn’t seem to get it
Missing the one he thought he knew
Looking up to barred windows

You’re no knight, stable boy
And so she laughs: goodbye, goodbye

What are you doing?
Boy with withered flowers
There’s no spell to break with a kiss
No ladder of golden hair

Did you know she put herself there?
No wizard or dragon,
These chains are her own

interesting idea-going against the grain-i have met this person imprisoned by vanity waiting for prince charming,in the end she has her rich man and material wealth but inside she is empty-missing the only thing that matters, true  love and understanding.

I adore it. I dont think I can add anythng to that. Once again love it.

Tha is amazing! Beautiful, deep lyrics! Those mean something, even if on the outside they may look like a joke on the outside. That's the key to great rock lyrics; the deeper, hidden meaning. I want to hear these put to song, man!
