So this is my first attempt at my long time goal of writing a drinking song. It needs a little brushing up here and there (any suggestions welcome). The musics ready the production's just slow at the moment and I was hoping for some feedback. It's in 6/8.

Drinkin' for Two

Drink a round all ye haggard
and damn dirty beggars

So drink a round down my brother

Superb !
Really reads like it could become an excellent drinking song....it comes over as sounding Poggish or at least that it should be sung by a ship full of pirates.
And every one joins in for the last verse for one big drunken stupid sing-along ..... excellent.
