Um! Music...samples...ideas, yes but I haven't 'composed' it yet.
I even have the video in my head.

Lol! yes it is that line, it was originally 'standing still at 70 miles an hour', and it's someone else's, someone I met is South Africa 20 years ago. It has also been "Doing a hundred miles an hour down a 1 in 50 hill, and I'm standing still"!

Autobahn............... what a great chorus!!!! I like that german word in an english lyric but I don't like to drive on those german Autobahnen... perhaps other countries than the european countries have low frequent highways
