Caesura Mile

[Intro]
Iíve started to miss your hands
And your eyes
Forgotten what itís like to hear your voice
In my ear
The smell of that room we used
Reminds me of you dear
But I canít seem
To spend anytime in there

[Chorus]
Weíre young
And I'm still hung up on you
I know I'm young
But you're the one
Who made me happy

[Verse 1]
You can find a way to make this better
A way to bring us home
You could open up my heartfelt letter
Or spend this season all alone
Perhaps it's something I can't change
I guess it's something no-one can
I wish it could have finished
The way that it began

[Verse 2]
I miss the times we shared together
And all the times you smiled
Miss the times spent in the heather
Where we used to go and hide
Hide from all the problems
Shelter from the hurt
And never did we care
About the grass stains and the dirt

[Chorus]
Weíre young
And I'm still hung up on you
I know I'm young
But you're the one
Who made me happy

[Verse 3]
I miss the nights spent laughing
All the times I held you tight
As we watched all of our worries
Disappear into the night
And I hope you feel the same
You know - you broke my heart in two
But I can't begin to understand
A life without a "You"

[Verse 4]
I'm not sure I want these photographs
I'm not sure I want to carry on
'Cause the images of you and him
Erase us from our song
And I'm finding it so hard
But I'll try to move along
Just know this wasn't meant to be
Iím sorry - I was wrong

[Chorus]
Weíre young
And I'm still hung up on you
I know I'm young
But you're the one
Who made me happy

[Bridge]
I look up to the stars
Youíre not my star tonight
Youíre someone elseís light

But the Man in the moon
No, He'll never understand
He'll never get to know what love is like
When it's unplanned
He'll never get to feel a girl he adores in his hands
No, the Man in the moon
He will never understand

[Close]
Help me forget the things that bring me back to you
'Cause all they do
Is bring more hurt

A nice lyric, no songs yet I see.
The complete story of love, heartache and dealing with it.
I'd like to hear this as a song. Could be really moving. The words carry the potential.
