Sigh reading is very advanced for me, just chord is OK but not notation.

I put this thread up a long time ago - I've made no advancement in sheet reading, I did however come across an excellent YouTube video that taught Moonlight Sonata note for note. It was a challenge which I stuck to and practiced a little every day, learning one section at a time and repeating it until it was engrained in my head. Even though I managed to learn back then, I've forgotten it again, which is where sight reading music has its advantages.
I uploaded my effort on Moonlight Sonata here on the AMP, it's by no means a perfect performance, but it was about the best I could do at the time and I got through the whole piece from start to finish without stopping.

My main instrument is guitar, if I'd practiced the Piano I would have remembered more.
