Totally depends on what kind of settings you have on each effect, but I'd do something like this:
guitar -> tuner -> distortion -> blues boost -> chorus -> wah -> digital delay -> amp
That assumes that the tuner has a signal cut switch that isn't noisy. If it is, put it before the amp. Try swapping the distortion and blues boost.

Did you get the Valvetronics amp, if so how do you like it?
I like to run any distortion, compression boost before the preamp. I like to run chorus, flangers, delays in the effects loop.
I you don't have an effects loop then usually delay would be the last thing. Do you use the blues boost for just a volume change or do you add some distortion in with it. I like to run my hottest (gain/distortion) pedal last.in line of the distortion boxes.
