VST question!
OK I download a VST....copy it into Audacity's plug-in folder....and then what? It won't work!

I don't know how Audacity deals with VSTPlugins, but I know that FL also has it's own plugins but also has a choice to look for VSTPlugins, you have to brows to the correct folder.
And here is the point : YOU SHOULD ALWAYS PUT YOUR VSTPLUGINS IN C:/Program Files/VstPlugins/(All your plugins in here) , it's where they are meant to be!
You see, all programs that support vst plugins will either know that address or will give you the possibility somewhere to set the appropriate vst folder as default vst plugin library! So by using the 'proper' address you will always know where they all are!
Let me know if I'm right!!!

OK.....I made that folder....
since you don't use Audacity, you probably won't be able to answer this next one.
Where do I set the folder as the default library?

Maybe Audacity doesn't use VSTPlugins ????!!!!    I Denno!
