Ubuntu is an excellent linux. I expect that the studio version will be just as solid.
And it's free - you can't argue with that!

its too good to be true..........finally ubuntu studio.

i have been an ubuntu fan ever since i had installed it on 'the system. thought it would take them a little longer to come out with a complete studio, now i can't wait.

with the next major ubuntu release around mid april, the alongside release of a studio version is great news.

wow this is great.

i haven't used windows in years, i've been stuck having to record everything in audacity and make beats with hydrogen. it would be great to have some higher quailty stuff for linux.
