Hey kids, cool forum. I am thinking about buying a Mapex Pro-M 5 peice shell kit with a Black panther snare drum. I play more alternative music with a weird funk/pop to it. If any of you have heard these drums, would they suit my music?

as randomdave pointed out... if its a separate drum, even the same model, it came from a different tree and thus it's a different instrument entirely.
