Fender Deluxe Players Strat
Hey guys Im looking to get a new guitar and I was considering this one.
http://www.zzounds.com/item--FEN133002 (the 3 color sunburst one)

It looks like the pickups are pretty good and it is an overall good guitar for the price, and i want to upgrade to something worth upgrading.

What do you think about it?

I've got a 1970's strat, I love it to bits.

The Strat is a good all rounder, you can play any style of music with it.

I would still suggest that you go to your nearest music store and try out as many guitars as you can, Guitars are very personal, you may not need to spend as much too.

I was also looking at 1970s strat (not the american $1000+ edition - if there is one). it was about $700.
I will go to the music store and try a bunch out, i just wanted to see what people thought of this one

Agree  they are the best allrounder of a guitar, that tone is just deadly.

Oh thats not the american made strat. The american made standard strats start at $1,000.
I think this one was made in Mexico or something, but it supposedly feels and plays just like the American standard.
