YOu know what we need?  A Crododile Hunter smiley icon.  You can't even tell me that that wouldn't be amazing.  I'm not sure he could have blue skin though.. that wouldn't work out so hot.   And the code to trigger it could just be :hunter: or :croc: or something.

Can I get three cheers for having conforming smilies?  How about head-shaker boy here:      Why is he a solid shade of blue while the rest of the possy are nice and gradiented?

I think some basic additions to the little smiley pane would be nice.. arrows, exclamation points, like you said kings.  I'm kind of a fan of your icon though!

it really wouldn't take much to add these to the bandamp scripting.. it just a matter of matching hardcoded patterns in the post to write out an image rather than text.

TLS I agree we dont need to spam the amp to death with stupid icons, it can get a bit untidy on a page too!
The idea behind an icon thread was to have them there to pick up and use when you felt like it.

If your going to go for new icons or add any I'd say make a whole new 'really cool' set of bandAmp icons , some thing with the same quality as MMs penguin up there.

Some of these Icons are really cool and make a page look rather classy! imho!
Imagine icons like these on the bandAmp pages : Listen to MP3 , Download MP3 , Chat... etc

i'm a little dissapointed at the general lack of admin / mod interaction with a lot of the threads in this "ideas and feedback" forum..  i don't care how off the wall the idea or feedback is.. the point of such a forum is to have the big cheezes to listen to the feedback.

give us a hint, mods and admins everywhere, that you're at least seeing this thread!  (and then once you've proven yourself(s), you'll be hounded by kings and I to get a lyrics tab implamented )
