OK! So your a musician, but if you didn't just copy and paste a some what very 'design guru' "advert" in the forums then you might not have been so elaborately told to "FUCK OFF"!

spam ,but useful spam.  There are probably some people that could use your service.  upload some music, do some music reviews. get into what's going on at this site. .....I could send you some work, I have some friends running a business who asked me about building them a website , I don't have the time.   350.00 is very reasonable if it is well designed . 

 probably should have reviewed some music , posted a hi I am new , and put some links on your page to some of your websites with a bio about what it is that you do.  spam will get you killed at this website.
