Jajaja, these guys are totally weird.
The band has been "invented" '89 by the finnish film-director Aki Kaurismäki and appeared in some of his movies.
"Leningrad Cowboys go America"............. (highly recommended to watch)
It didn´t take much time until they became "cult" (esp. in germany).
