I'm not sure what you all currently do, but Sound Advice (http://soundadviceezine.com/) is a free ezine that has lots of tips for up and coming bands on how to promote themselves.  The writer covers a long list of topics, but the main focus is online promotion.  She also includes her free ebook "The Musician's Guide to Social Media Success".
