Nothing is Wrong |
I know this community has shrank considerably since I posted here regularly from 2005-2008, which also coincided with my extended break from the only hobby I ever loved, songwriting. Ever since the pandemic I’ve been working tirelessly to try and produce songs I’m proud of and whil I haven’t quite reached my goals there I do think my writing and playing has improved somewhat from when I was in my early 20s.
Nothing is Wrong is my attempt to do some falsetto. Hope someone will listen!

Nice 60's Vibe, reminiscent of the Beatles. Just needs the drums to be more aggressive in my humble opinion. I like the tone on the Bass too.
You say 60's vibe, I say 90's trying to be reminiscent of the 60's! (Maybe because I listen to way more 90's than 60's)
Its a vibe though. Kinda slightly psychedelic but poppy at the same time. Reminds me of Austin Powers, but in a good way.
Good stuff.
Ok, for starters this is why bandAmp is such an amazing place, the few who do appreciate and take part have such incredible talent it's mind blowing.
This is excellent .... BUT, 2 and a half minutes is WAY too short .... it's a trip, it needs to be 'endless', like each part could be extended, more echoes and "O look there goes my little mind through the ceiling and across the field" kind of things going on.
I hate saying it but maybe that bloody pandemic might have brought out something good in some people

Loving it, reminds me of late 2000's / early 2010's indie vibe.
Try freq. splitting the bass and sending the upper end to some light distortion, would fill out the track nicely.
