Great work on the foundation.
Some of the sounds are nice other are not. You have to search long and hard to find electronic sounds that not only sound good, but match the mix.
It needs melody, most of the melody lines you have created are more like supporting melody lines if that make sense.
I'm not sure how I could advise you on how to achieve that.  Personally they happen naturally for me once I've laid down the rhythm section, I don't think I've ever come up with a melody first.  It would be an interesting topic on how others create their melody lines.
