You need to organise your ideas and polish up.
I'm sorry but the truth is you need to learn how to mix your instruments, everything is drowned out, all I can really hear is the lead guitar and the eq is way out.

The drum and bass are the foundation, work on those sound and eq levels first, then slowly bring in other instruments. you should try and get the best sound from raw sound before you add any effects. Any changes should be mild ones, in fact try and get to learn to mix without any effects at all to get the best sound, that makes great practice for mixing.
