Thanks for listen Denis and I agree with you.  Once we finished remixing and mastering this track the vocals are much more pronounced.  (I couldn't upload that version because I haven't converted it from .wav to .mp3) I did post the link to the finished version.  My vocals are a work in progress and I am always looking for ways to improve.  I am my harshest critic and I can't tell you how much ANY input means.  Thanks again.

She painted me into a corner, ya she boxed me in good
I’m facing decisions and choices I never thought I would
Don’t know where she thought this would lead
When she chose the bottle over her family

She drinks in the dark, when she’s all alone
Hides her crimes from those in the next room
Some are just numb to her tricks and her lies
Little one’s hurt the most when they see her with their eyes
