Sounds like it could all be bit crisper.

Arrangement is superb ... a tripped out conceptual groove

Pretty cool soundscape, dark and gloomy. I like it that is has vox in there. Somehow I do associate this with passing out on the couch after a day's of hard work and not even having finished that nice cool beer I just got out the fridge.

I also associate it with the afterhours in some seedy club, having strange conversations with strange women, having strange drinks with strange amounts of alcohol in them. But that then will lead to unexpected new experiences only a little later on.. Yeah, it's soothingly groovy. I dig this.
