Yeah I used Cakewalk SONAR Home Studio 7, a friend bought it for me, so it's legally owned and good to publish stuff with... the drum loops are mojomonkeymusic loops, which I also purchased... i almost sound paranoid about this but hey you can't be too careful.... not planning on selling this stuff, but maybe some other stuff I did...
