This is great. I've never heard Tender Surrender. But this song reminds me alot of John Mayall and the Bluesbreaker with EC. All Your Love is places.

Damn, this is really good! I know it's a guitar but somehow you can really feel the emotion. And that emotion remains even though the track has obviously been painstakingly put together. Great job.

Don't know Steve Vai as well as I ought to; I'm a singer, I know Steve Perry. Anyway, it might have been totally unintentional. My ex played this song once and I couldn't place the tune. It drove me insane until I realized the song was "Inspector Gadget!" I almost peed on myself laughing. It took forever to get it, but I KNEW I heard it before.

These must be some real intelligent people here because I've seen really literate, articulate comments here.

Awesome! Nothing like blues guitar.  Dont you miss steve ray? I love how you mix the pentatonic with  a bit of the minor.  Those flat chords sound nice as well.  Perhaps you'll have a shredder song l8tr =)

This is great. I dont know steve vai's stuff, but really, every kind of music has already been done before. If you play an arrangement of chords or come up with a riff, you can bet that someone, somewhere has already played it before.

 whats important is that this guy has the talent and the ability to put down an effective composition.
