Nice control of dynamics from you both.
My only critic is you should spend more time learning the song.  It's OK if you are doing this for fun, but if you were wanting a pro recording, then you will have to put more time in not only your performance, but recording technique.  If you need help recording let me know your set-up and I'll give you some tips.

i tried this song too, i am glad to hear the singer does a better job here
would love to hear a more polished version of you both though, its worth it..

Like Dennis said, recording seems to be the only noticable thing here. I kept feeling like the guitar was gonna break out for a little bit, away from just the chords, but it still sounded nice.
