groovy tune
*
This is the placeholder for a new MP3 player

This song is not in a battle

for the sake of production and amusement..
Started this one with the the bass riff, this is what came from it
No imported pre made rhythms, all hand work (with a lot of quantisation)
-EZ drummer and Halion basedrum mixed together?
-Halion precision bass
-Fender strat through Fender Mustang 1 amp
-Organ One, and mini Moog
does the percussion parts add or distract?

That groove is really .

An ass mover.                          Macht mir gute Laune.
There some weird ideas in. Such as the "backwards" sounding synth. Love it.
Hook lineīs great, bass line makes my day, git tracks work pretty good together.

About percs : Itīs something like castenets, yes.? Donīt distract, but perhaps try out and add some other (exotic) percs. As Tablas, Outs etc. Matter of "messing around".

Perhaps one small thingi to improve. Just make the distorted git in the beginning (and later on) a bit more prominent, dominant...............simply louder.

Sounds like Fun - Nice rhythm, you made it your own.
Would like to have heard the Bass up front.

THAT IS SO DAMN TIGHT!

Nice!!!

I like the aux perc you've got in the background there.

Sick bass riff, nice production.

Maybe get a real drummer now and you're all set!!

mmm, upfronting the bass..; midhighs? or just louder?

and that lead is quite sleazy, maybe thats why its low in the mix :p

a real drummer? never again! LOL

work to do..
(messing around)

Tone sounds good (balanced) on the Bass, Would try louder - Maybe mix the levels at the start where the lead is playing with the Bass - experiment with it, see where it takes you

Nice! goes well with something like this

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yI1Wr-mKjT4&feature=related (mute the audio )

Halfway through I was wondering about all the fuss about the bass line because I couldn't hear it, until it transitioned into a different part. Later on, after catching the bass line I realised that it's mixed and mudded together with the other parts of the track

i actually tried it and it works everytime, great vid for this useless music LOL

I experimented a lot with the arranger bar in cubase, I can recommend it,  I got this 'cut up' with it:

Remixed and reworked with the tips I got here,
no new recordings on it so far, but I am thinking of replaying the the guitars in this structure
