This is one of the most creative songs I've heard from you
The Bass is slightly too loud in the mix, also cut the Bass EQ on Bass drum.
Tip: The Bass EQ on the Bass Drum should be slightly less than on the Bass instrument, thus creating more separation in the mix.
Nice

Thisone has a dark atmosphere, fitting to a "gangsta-ghetto"-clip.
Lemme make some proposals, CP :
You have built different parts and put em into a logical order in order to "tell a musical story". Good.
But after a while it becomes slightly repetetive. So, how about more variations, or adding a guiding melody line in some parts?
There´s one more issue I noticed :
It seems that different harmonical / tonal structures are "colliding" somwhow. Frequently repeating dissonance in parts between synth-patterns and piano-patterns.
But perhaps it was just intended , creating a conflicting atmosphere.
About eqing I found a tuto on youtube.............and there are many more about using all the tools in FL.
Hope it helps.

Hi pass filters & Low pass filters
Kick- hi pass filter on 81 hertz, gain reduction at 400 hertz for removal of the boxy sound- also apply this { the 400 reduction} settings with the Bass too....and compensate with the rhythm guitars by adding few db at 400 hertz { Rock Production}.
Bass- hi pass filter on 41, some gain reduction at 669 hertz- wide Q, and 112 -122 too- narrow Q, by just -4 till -6 db maximum.
...this is just a quick thing, not the song review yet.

The siren is just like a vocal
oo whats your sample that plays with the siren at 2:30 ? Is it not the cinema intro ?
That was a nice mixture of sounds
Cool beat, I'm sure you could make a lot more of it simply by adding some samples .... in your way.
Something tells me you wont need a vocal once your finished with it, same goes for all your beats.
