Its No Good (cover) |
Igor and I just finished recording a re-make of Depeche Mode's "It's No Good"
I'm not sure of BandAmp's policy on cover songs. If they're not kosher, then my apologies and I will refrain from posting again. In case they're okay though, I really wanted to share this because I think it turned out quite well (and I love the original).

the rules are not precise in this case. So simply declare that it's a cover version. you have a checkbox when you upload the track. Then this version is listed also in the cover section from the menu bar on the left of the frontpage. I would change (Depeche) to (cover).
This is what I meant about doing something different Brian. You should include things like this in your albums, some diversity will make your albums more interesting.
IMO your voice really suites electronic sounds. Like how you bend the vocal notes, gives the song real character, try more experimentation with your vocals, it's superb.
Totally PRO

@Triton: I didn't see a checkbox like you described. I did change "Depeche" to "cover" in the title though, for what it's worth.
Thanks Marino and Denis! Yeah I had a lot of fun doing the bendy/slidey notes. I haven't really done much of that before.

The Cover switch is reachable after you have uploaded your song. Go to your music page, there you can change the state.
btw
again a professional production. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Sounds bad ass! How much of this was produced electronically?
Thanks Max, blah blah lol
@AfterBirth - Um. Guitar and vocals were not. All piano/synth sounds and drums were.
