I wanted to record a quick, fun song with an aquatic theme. A couple of samples and guitar licks later, this song was born. My daughter has a cameo at 2:08.

hey this is cool song, very original, really nice groove, yes raw mix but very neatly balanced and nice use of samples.

I dig this man. It reminds me of... something. Maybe REM? Yeah it's raw, but that doesn't detract.
The only thing I would suggest - and this isn't a major thing - but the vocals during the chorus ("is is not for sale?") may sound a little better with less reverb. That could just be my personal bias toward dryer sounding vocals.
Your voice is solid tough, so you certainly don't need to hide/mask it behind reverb.

@inuke: Stop posting 1-2 word comments like "interesting" (you didn't even spell it right) just to bump up your comment count. This forum is small enough that things like that stick out to folks.
The only thing I would suggest - and this isn't a major thing - but the vocals during the chorus ("is is not for sale?") may sound a little better with less reverb. That could just be my personal bias toward dryer sounding vocals.

I love the sample at the start and what not. Also something about the dual layer vocals around the 1:00 mark is mezmerising. Maybe it's just the way its been sung but sounds gooood
