Just something I through together real quick. The recording isn't all that great. Also I'm not a great singer. Hopefully you get the general idea. Let me know what you think.

pretty neat for something you just "threw together."  my only suggestions would be less reverb and mix the voice better, it's way louder (in my opinion) than it should be compared to the music.

also i'd find some nicer midi instrument sounds, definitely nice work on programming all that tho!  and nice guitar lick in there too.

I agree with increase in the vocals.  Also maybe a bit more clarity in the rhythm section.  I definately enjoyed it, but it all just sounds a bit muffled.

mix the vocals in the chorus a little better.  the second part that comes in is much louder.  it sounds alright though.  i like the guitar sound.

Thanks for the comments. You can definitely tell my main concern wasn't production. I'm kind of lazy that way. I added the midi stuff at the end for filler. I'm still trying to figure out what to do with the end. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Good tune, bad recording
Sorry, but the singing needs work. One of the worst recordings of one of the best songs I've heard so far. Too much ambiance on the voice. Guitar should be louder and grungier. Lead playing very good. The end a little drawn out, but I really like the song!

you could make this song so much better it does need lots of work on production but the guitar needs an edge and the vocals are too loud. other than that, dude this could really work!

The tone of your voice sounds fine to me...it's just the hitting of the notes that seems to be the problem. I recommend sticking Antares Auto-tune and a compressor on there and seeing how it sounds. I think with some tweaking and practise it could sound alot better.

The song itself is cool though, and I like the guitar...it just really needs some work from a recording/production perspective.

The one mistake that many people make (I've done it myself) is putting too much effects on the vocals. dont be scared! levels are all wrong, sort that out and ur on to a winner
