I haven't uploaded anything for you guys in a while. I've been in a musical rut recently and band amp = the end of musical writes block, right? Lately, I haven't been able to improvise as well musically or lyrically and I haven't discovered why. I am stuck in this four chord progression "Am, F, C, G." And I obsess about it constantly.  So I just walk around with this in my head and I'm trying to figure out how to turn it into a song. People and situations inspire me differently and this is an incarnation of the song that struck me as particularly powerful.

Edit: Seems like that first note is off a beat, oh wells.

I did the rhythm first and then dubbed the lead over it - but because I didn't have headphones I had to watch the peaks and valleys on the Audacity playback. I would have used a click if not for this deficiency.
