Wow! Impressive! Where have you been all this time? This is truly some inspired and well-developed work, done by seasoned pros. I almost began this post by welcoming you to the site, but I see you've been here since 2009. I'm glad you've uploaded this work and I hope you'll "see fit" to upload more.

Great production and song! Loved the arrangements.
I really don't have anything to add in order to improve this since it's really perfect as it is now.
Good job, guys!

Love the buzzzz build up effect at the beginning.
Lovely piece of music, a wonderful performance by all, it's all very clear.
Love the brass progression.
As for a song about Dante's Inferno I find it a bit tame and if anything the wrong subject for such a nice song and collaboration. But thats just what I think.

About the Nine Circles :

I am the seventh wave
The one that the sixth made
With still some effort that the fifth gave
The one that the eighth saved
The one, upon which even the ninth raved
I am the seventh wave.

Holy flip!! Excellently produced and written! I really like the sound quality that you've got with the recording. Whenver I record I always strive to try and get crisp and clear recordings but its difficult so excellent job with that. You all are a very talented group of people. There's tons of instruments going at all places guitars, horns of all sorts like man its hard for my brain to grasp!
Very very talented. I really like your voice and the way you guys combine the voices for the harmonies.

This is very different from the norm and I am still in awe and can't really express how awesome this is. The way you sing really is sweet.
Please upload more! this style actually reminds me of this band called JJ72. have you ever heard of them? just bits of it remind me of them. anyways this rocks.

Thanks for all the kind words folks! I joined the site in 2009 and then never had time to review so I could post mp3. One of my New Year's resolutions was to get things updated. This song was a demo song recorded last summer at Nightsky Studios in Waldorf, MD. Ron (the engineer) did a great job recording, and the group itself is a talented bunch of folks. I'll post some more in the next few days.

Kings,

Actually the performance itself is fairly tame in comparison to how we play it live. Thanks for the critique.

the f voice is not quite ''alive''--front enuff ( not all the time!!!)

on listenin ive done treble cut and eq 'd the the track

but still the lead voice still doesnt do the business and stand at the front (enough)
 ....... its close

Swordfish,

It's funny you mentioned the female vox not being in the front enough. When we were EQing this one, we went back in forth with it. Thinking it was too far in front, and then not enough. Good to have another opinion.

The bone players will love the compliments. Thanks!

Nice!
Wow - nice instrumentation - very interesting and creative!  Seems like there is a lot going on but it all really compliments each other very nicely.  Vocals - again, very impressive.  Love the dual vocalists in a lot of parts.

Thanks for sharing it!
