Pretty convincing tymp sound.  a bit too muffled though, don't you think.

Cool.
One of my favorite books and movies of all time.. you did it justice. the timpanis maybe a bit loud. but nothing else. interesting, and faithful to the original also sprach zarathustra by strauss.

I had this in my repertoire once, but I preferred to play the Rhodes edition by Deodato (it's bit more key weighted, you know )
You should do more often own stuff based on those "vintage" instrumentations.
ehm yes the timpanis sound quite synthetic even the volume leveling, it's a first try though and is there more to come?
