Close My Eyes (Fast)

This song is not in a battle

When I had originally recorded this song, I thought it was about 20 BPM too slow. This is a re-recording of the song with a faster tempo. I tried to keep it pretty close to the original, but it was very difficult for me to play, comparatively. Also, the tone switch on my guitar has broken, causing things to be a bit bassy.

.
This reminds me a bit of the British invasion...I think picking up the tempo turned out to be a good move...Nice Guitar chord structure...

Good rating

The vocal track doesn't come out as it should be.
Solo guitar distortion sounds synthetic
All in all a brilliant composition

An excellent mix.....!  You've got a great sound going ..... and as mentioned before the song itself is quite catchy! The type of tune one could hear over and over again.  Love the whole production....*awesome composition!
Thanks for sharing ~ !

The song seems a bit overcompressed possibly causing some of the vocal tone issues. Composition wise it's pretty solid.

Kings, there isn't any compression on the track as a whole. There is only compression on the vocals and bass.

I think your slower one was better although this one is a bit faster and more upbeat and I really like the "say i dont, no i wont" part on this one with the extra "ba ba ba ba ba" in the background.

so this one is really cool too though so im having trouble deciding which one i like better....i think theyre both great in their own way. great job

Been listening to more tracks from you of late, your compositions are fit for airplay for sure. You make decent demos, achieving a pleasurable sound but soundwise not quite fit for airplay yet. Doesn't matter much. Do you have a band? If not then get one together and start bringing your stuff to the stages. If you already do so would love to hear what you sound like, live!
