A song I wrote for my best friend which sing on it.

wow . I like this song.  It has some different style in spots.. very unique in places.  Nice vocal lines, that were well sung. The mix is pretty even and full. Imho. the performance is solid and good. The studio work (mix, mic'n, EQ ect. is  good).  The stand out for me is the disjointed bass and guitar line in certain spots.. It's unique in this context.  Great job. great song. I enjoyed listening to this.

Nice song! It has like a dark mood but at the same time really melodic.
Her voice fits really well the song, and the production in excellent too.

I initially got a Buckley-esk feel from this.
At 2:03/ I really like that section - very inventive in a minimalist sense.
The singer has a very pleasant voice and the harmonies are very clear - However - I would like to hear more variation, it would help the vocal melody move more fluidly through the verses.

Great builds, unique parts, unexpected ending. What instrument do you use to get that sound?
