Love You From The Other Side Of Town |
"Love You From The Other Side Of Town" is a new creation. I was kinda excited about it and I put it together rather hastily. I just want to share it and get some feedback.
I feel like the vocals don't belong to the background. It's like two totally different mixes. Would be good to cut some high freqs to the voice. It's a tad loud too.
The guitar is panned a bit too much to the left. Maybe giving it some reverb in another track, and pan it to the right would make it sound more central without changing the left panning.
It's not my cup of tea. Too 50s-ish I guess, but it's a nice tune.

Yeah nice Soul Vibs from ya again...
IMO if you want to keep to the same arrangement, I'd shorten it to about 3.5 mins, or add a bridge somewhere in the Middle, or perhaps two instrumental breaks.
Ok you put this down quick, so I'm sure you are aware the phrasing is out in some places plus your timing.
Get excited MORE often

I like the arrangements.. The music sounds very familiar . This is good writing though. The vox , guitar and keys make this sound like two different mixes. The vox need to set inside the mix more.
overall this is pretty good, just some tech issues.
