It’s in the battle 2010-09

Let's see....
I play trumpet with my computer generated rhythm tracks and recorded it on my computer using sonar 7 professional
Pretty simple.

it's like painting with music
synthetic sounds and a lonely trumpet in a big room. kinda musical avant-garde architecture.
I'm not so happy with the fading at the end.

Nice sound on the Trumpet.
Yeah it would be nice if you had some quality patches, it would compliment the lovely Trumpet.

Even better form a band, now that would be something else

Or collab

You can do it!!!!

My band already plays the tune. I never bothered to record it from a live performance.
Live music is best anyway.
If you can send me $1000 Check or M.O. I will be glad to record it for you.
For $5000 I will record a whole CD of my music. Seriously.
Also...
Glad you like the tune.

Very Good Trumpet
The trumpet was very good. I believe it would be better if accompanied by more mellow tracks. I'm thinking some warm strings or maybe a very warm brass trio would really set it off. Less rhythm movement in the accompanying tracks might make it better too.

This is a very atmospheric tune. I like this kind of jazzy, relaxing lounge music very much
Would like to hear the percussion a bit louder. Maybe the end fades a little bit too fast out, but this
number is my ABSOLUTELY favorite in this battle.  Really smooth.

Still haven't played it with my band!
Sometimes the guys (sidemen) are a little lazy and don't want to try new tunes. And, since we never rehearse (LOL) I have to whip things out at our gigs which are mostly concerts and private parties. I am sure that it will sound good but we still haven't done this one. Maybe next weekend in Holden Beach at their concert series. LOL.

As with everyone else I thought the trumpet playing was excellent.  For me, this was very mellow sleepy music and to be honest I did not like the computer generated backing sounds. Reminded me of a Mario Brothers video game. Thats just me though and I really prefer "real" instruments. Good Trumpet!

It's a cool track, the trumpet sound great. But there's some strange, non-rhythmic, beeping that goes onn around 1:30 and one that is really disturbing me (it's possible this is coming from somewhere else). It's kind of cool if it's on your end, it sort of jolts you out of the kind of hypnotic hold this song has... but it's also really distracting. I'd say it's a bit long, I'd consider adding something to make it a bit more interesting by midway, but the song does a good job of holding you and making you keep listening, it's sort of disabling... in a good way. Anyways, I'm rambling by now. Good work.

That sound is a wooden whistle that represents a cricket sound.
Sorry it keeps you up at night. Try a shot of bourbon. LOL
