I have been working on songs to get a better mix and quality sounding recording with the intentions of cutting a CD
I want to thank Denis for advising me on how to improve the overall sound of my recordings
Comments are appreciated

"Put Some Money In The Jukebox"
It's the last call on the Stereo
last call to hear some old time classic
Rock n Roll
Jimi has Haze in his eyes
Janis is still singing
but she's not alive
sitting on the dock of the bay
wasting in the Jersey heat
put some money in the Jukebox
before last call
To play the memories
we grew up with
that we would sing to and play
put some money in the Jukebox
John & George
are knocking on heavens door
Ronnie is Free As A Bird
He has piece of mind
Marvin Gaye told me
Through The Grapevine
John Denver took one last fly
so he could sing with Lucy In The Sky
put some money in the Jukebox
before last call
To play the memories
we grew up with
that we would sing to and play
put some money in the Jukebox
before last call
It's the last call on the Stereo
put some money in the Jukebox
before the Bar room closes
so we can sing to and play
the memories
we grew up with
put some money in the Jukebox
to hear some old time classic Rock n
Roll
It's the last call
before the Bar room closes
put some money in the Jukebox
before last Call

Sounds like you've overdone it with either the hiss/noise reduction
In Cool Edit you should be able to hear the sample you selected before you apply it.
Have another go Flyer, if you get stuck send me all the tracks seprately, preferably dry and
I'll try my best at getting a decent mix.
The main secret is to get a good dry recording of each track, so if the dry tracks sound good then when I apply
the noise reduction it should sound pretty good, plus reverb.
You may have to re-record the song
